Publishers continually face new and changing realities as the digital world dramatically influences user expectations. Search engines continue to be an impetus for Article, rather than Issue, discovery. Measuring user behavior past the first article viewed is critical. Join us as we discuss selling content at the article level, measuring the true impact and use of your offerings, protecting the integrity of your content, and the effects of the digital age on society membership. |

Our keynote speaker John H. Graham IV, CAE, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Society of Association Executives. During the first year of his tenure, ASAE and GWSAE completed an historic merger resulting in a new organization, ASAE and Center for Association Leadership. Mr. Graham will speak about the effects, good and bad; the electronic age has on society membership.
Before ASAE, he served the American Diabetes Association (ADA) in Alexandria, Virginia for 24 years, the last thirteen as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to becoming CEO, John served the ADA in numerous capacities including Executive Director of the Greater Philadelphia Affiliate, National Director of Affiliate Development, Associate Executive Vice President for Operations and Deputy Executive Vice President. |
